Business service and scope
Advertising services are offered only for business or professional purposes to companies, entrepreneurs and authorised representatives. The approved order defines the format, placement, languages, period, rotation share, additional services, dates and price. By paying, the advertiser requests immediate reservation of inventory and commencement of preparation.
Payment and commencement
Each order is paid once in advance. The final amount, taxes and any promotional-code discount are shown before payment. The order is paid only after confirmation by the payment provider. Inventory reservation, technical preparation, moderation-related work and individually ordered creative or editorial work may begin immediately after payment.
Cancellation by the advertiser
Before payment, the order may be abandoned without charge. After payment, cancellation is possible only by a written request. A voluntary refund requested by the advertiser is available only before the campaign starts. The campaign starts at the first recorded ad impression or, for a sponsored article, when the article is published. Before that moment, any refund is limited to the unprovided balance after deduction of completed work, services already provided, documented third-party costs and payment fees that are not returned to GermanySimple. From that moment, cancellation for convenience does not create a right to a refund for reserved inventory, elapsed or active placement, or completed work. This cutoff does not affect remedies for a duplicate or erroneous charge, demonstrably unprovided service attributable to GermanySimple, or mandatory law.
Review of advertising materials
Payment secures the selected advertising placement and placement period. If the advertising materials, destination page or advertised offer violate applicable law, including European Union, German or Ukrainian requirements depending on the territory and circumstances of the placement, or GermanySimple's internal rules, GermanySimple may withhold or stop publication. That decision does not by itself cancel the booking, change the selected dates or create a right to a refund for the secured placement. The advertiser may correct or replace the advertising materials and submit them for review again; publication begins or resumes only after the updated materials are approved. Mandatory legal remedies and remedies for a confirmed breach by GermanySimple remain unaffected.
Scope of service and no guaranteed results
The service is limited to providing the agreed advertising placement and any additional services expressly listed in the approved order. Unless an exact guaranteed metric is expressly included in that order, GermanySimple does not undertake to deliver any minimum volume of traffic, impressions, clicks, visits, leads, conversions, sales, revenue or other commercial result. Actual performance depends on website traffic, audience behaviour, the content and appeal of the advertising materials and offer, seasonality, and technical or market factors that GermanySimple cannot reasonably control. This does not release GermanySimple from its obligation to provide the paid placement in the agreed format, position and period. If a failure attributable to GermanySimple is confirmed, the remedies and refund rules stated below apply.
Refund procedure
A request must include the campaign or order ID, billing email, reason and supporting information. Sending a request does not itself mean that a refund has been approved. The decision and calculation are sent to the billing email. Once a refund is approved, GermanySimple initiates it no later than the next working day using the original payment method or another agreed method; the crediting time depends on the payment service.
Refund limits
Delivered services, reserved and used inventory, completed custom work, dissatisfaction with campaign performance and promotional-code value are not refundable. A refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid. These limitations do not apply where mandatory law requires otherwise and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
